Ralph G. Moore, CPA, is president of Ralph G. Moore & Associates (RGMA) and is recognized as one of the world’s foremost thought-leaders in the area of supplier diversity and minority business development.
Mr. Moore’s passion for minority business development has inspired him to devote his career to best practices and supplier diversity, prestigiously leading the NMSDC National Program Managers’ seminar which has become the most impactful training event exclusively for supplier diversity professionals, and facilitating the first ever Supplier Diversity Best Practices seminar. He has also written a book, RGMA Five Levels of Supplier Diversity, which has been embraced as the gold standard for benchmarking corporate supplier diversity initiatives, and serves as an active member in the NMSDC Joint Ventures Task Force.
In response to the increasingly global nature of business and a burgeoning demand for his expertise, Ralph has participated in several global supplier diversity forums. In South Africa during the 1990s, he took part in NMSDC-sponsored workshops to discuss strategies for the development of previously disadvantaged South African businesses. He returned to South Africa 15 years later to conduct a series of corporate seminars addressing the East Midlands Supplier Diversity Conference in Leicester, England and the Minority Supplier Diversity United Kingdom Minority Trade Show in London. He has been called upon for speaking engagements in Canada and France and has held meetings with ethnic minority business stakeholders in Shanghai, China.
