Our most recent research paper, titled "The Swinging Pendulum of Diversity," looks at how diversity's definition has changed over the past 60 years. What was once a concept to increase African American participation has now morphed into a idea that looks to increase participation of Hispanics, women, the LGBT community, and to a lesser degree, veterans and the disabled.
Some of the paper's highlights include:
- Diversity efforts benefit white women more than any other demographic
- Studies that show how and why white men feel threatened by diversity
- African American women only make up 2 percent of the executives from Ford, General Motors and FCA Chrysler
- And many other topics
